The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) wishes to inform the general public that applications are invited from qualified Gambians to serve as voter registration officials for the conduct of the 2026 Supplementary Voter Registration Exercise.
Applications are for the following positions:
- Senior Registration Officers
- Registration Officers
Interested applicants should apply in writing addressed to the Chairman IEC, Election House, Bertil Harding Highway, Kanifing.
Applications together with copies of relevant certificates and a photo identification document are to be sent to IEC Election offices in Banjul, Kanifing, Brikama, Yarambamba, Sibanor, Kerewan, Mansakonko, Janjangburch, Wassu, or Basse,
Senior Registration Officers
Education:
BSC/ Dip in ICT
Certificate in Database Management
Previous voter registration experience will be an added advantage.
Team Supervisors/ Registration Officers Education:
Grade 12 WASSE/GCE O’ Level
Certificate in IT
Previous Voter Registration experience
Prospective applicants are required to apply directly at the Election Office in the Administrative Area they wish to work.
The deadline for submission of applications is Friday 13th March, 2026.
